    The other day the main oven on my Neff 1721/02 went cold. It didn’t trip the RCB, the top oven still works, and the fan, oven light and red thermostat light for the main oven all still come on. Having read a few of the posts on here I presume this means that the element needs replacing, but any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance! :tright:

    Agree with above. You’ll need one of these:

    Power off when investigating.

    Thanks for the swift responses. I will have a look. One more question: is it more or less self-evident how you fit these elements, as I haven’t got a manual? :rolls:

    Power off and remove rear cover in the oven. Pretty obvious from there.
