Hello. Merry Christmas all.
Discovered a slight problem today. The metal tray thingee (like a baking tray with a corner out) that lives between the roof of the grill and the element has come away/fallen out. We found one screw in the bottom. Can anyone talk me through putting it back properly? or does it need an engineer visit (in case it needs things assembling/disassembling)?

If you look up into the grill element , you will see a small bracket where the screw goes. It is just one screw that holds the grill/plate up. It is a Torx 20 screw.
The only problem that might have happened is if the hole that the screw tightens into has rusted away.
…..oh , and if you know how to remove the door , that will help you get easier acess
