neff u1721 oven tripping rcd when hot

hi

i would appreciate some advice. my neff u1721 oven has gone through 2 elements in the last year. so i changed the element but it’s trippimng the rcd when the oven gets hot, rather than tripping the rcd and then not working any longer. i thought maybe the fan wasn’t working to well which was why the elements weren’t lasting so i just changed the fan motor and fan and put the last element that i used back in but it’s still tripping when it gets hot. thermostat light seems to come on and off ok.

do you think the element that i have reused is duff, and it would be worth trying a new element again?

i’ve been buying the cheapest elements off ebay £5.80, would it be worth buying a better quality element or a genuine one?

is there anything else that could make it trip the rcd when it gets hot?

any advice gratefully appreciated.

Would change the element. Some cheap ones are just that
Worth putting a genuine one in
