Neff v4280w1gb/08 fault code?

Customer original complaint was of on spin the rinse orange led and the ‘two drip’ red led were showing. Brushes to stubs, so replaced. Now it seems its getting the same code on the last rinse. It has passed every test I’ve given it but when the customer uses it, it fails.
Any help appreciated.

Been getting a lot of motor failures after brush changes over the last few years. New brushes, all seems fine – armature cooks under load within a few washes, safety starts dropping out……..

Drum turning ok. Customer now reports once stopped towards the end of the spin and yesterday stopped without taking the conditioner. Both gave the same code. Is there a list of the codes for these available?

I’ve had a couple where the carbons have gone only to find its a result of the motor failing. not good on a “quality” machine.

If the customer re-selects the spin when it stops does it spin ok???

Could be an intermittant pump fault??

Here’s my twopenneth…….

Likely suspects: –

Earthing fault on motor?
Crud in Air Pressure Chamber?
Open circuit inlet valve coil?
