Neff V4380 Washer dryer

I have a customer with one of these machines. She says the machine works just as it should until it gets to the end of the cycle and it goes onto anti crease and just sticks there.
Is there any way of switching the anti crease off or is there a more serious problem.

If you push the start button that should cycle it onto the next phase of the programme. So on wash you can press start to move to the rinses and so on.

Thanks for that mate.
She has said that it will move on if you press the start button but she went out left the machine on came back about 4 hours later and the machine was still on anti crease.

Thats the whole point of anticrease isn’t it? If she presses start while its anti creasing does it go to the end light?

If it does, has the machine finished and spun correctly?
Or is there water left in it?

It may be shes on a different cycle to normal?
