    Hi all customer saying when turned onto a cycle you can hear it filling but also the pump runs and drains at the same time,there is no water in the base so not flooding and the drum us turning Ok anybody had this before?

    Yes, had this myself a few years ago. Changed the big expensive module on the base. Probably pump triac shorted.
