Neff V5340

    Just replaced the drum spider on this machine.Customer siad the clothes were hot and steamy from the tumble dryer side.Everything checks out ok but there is no power to the condense water valve.Any ideas what to check

    Was the dryer working OK before you stripped it to replace the spider? If so, a wire break or hose kink maybe? Also, any error code showing?

    this machine obviously has a very eco dryer.despite checking a dozen times there was no voltage at the condense valve.Been to check again and hey presto 210v (think seb are going eco)
    Hour later E06 pops up.Changed the pump and rechecking dryer now.will let you know but thanks for the responses…feel a fool

    E:06 ? If the new pump doesn’t work , check You haven’t disturbed or damaged the pressure hose after taking off the front plate .
