    Hi

Just been to one of these with E06 error showing. The pump impeller was broken, so fitted another pump.

The customer asked me to give the machine a good check over so I had a look at the motor while I had the machine out and the carbons were low so I changed them too.

When I tested the machine I filled it and put it on a spin to check the pump and motor. The machine then kept jumping from 10 back to 14 mins then the second time E04 appeared. I checked the wash NTC but it seemed fine but thought it a bit unusual to appear when the problem wasn’t there before.

Anyway, pulled it back out and followed the cables to the pcb but still nothing broken or unusual. Tried again and I’ve got the same E04 error.

I’m about to order a NTC for it but wondered if anyone had come accross a similar thing. Its more the jumping back up in time that I don’t understand and thought they’re may be something else I was missing.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

    Dave

These machines are notorious for clogging up the air bell causing the pressure switch to stay closed.

You might want to flush out the air chamber first then give it another try? 💡
