went out to this intergrated washer now couldent find model details on front after id put it back in and it was 10pm so id had just about enough so i found a model on google images that seems the same,

anyway no drum action, went for brushed but plenty of length on them, not much experinece with bosch/neff products except for simple problems, noticed a big control board in base but dident remove it.

    any known faults with these?

1st job for a good agent as well, if its BER is it best recommend they pay callout charge for bosch? and does anyone know the rates their likley to pay? will the agent need proof of purchase with the product before they service it? thanks simon

A close look at the motor and it’s continuity is advised before condemning the power module. Wear & tear after all is what the motor is subjected to, and the module just provides the power. The odds firmly stacked towards motor failure odds on….any more bets please? 8)

I’m merely suggesting you check the motor very closely. The only seperate parts available are the motor brush housings. Check out the integral TOC on the brush housing too! 😉
