    Hi
Does anyone has come across the above machine shaking a lot and comming out of its housing? These new models are very simliar to the Smeg and Whirlpool Washer Dryers. The V5360x0 is hardly two years old. I have checked the bearings shocks and springs etc but no joy.Does anyone has any idea about this? Could it be pulley? Pulley seems to be ok
Any info will be much appreciated.
    Regards

It is a SMEG…….. They seem to bounce like mad on wooden floors. There is a suspension mod available for it, but apparently, it makes no difference.

I went to one last week, where the customer had drilled through the feet and screwed it to the floor! Fortunately I only had to clear the filter.

Official advice is keep feet as ahort as possible and make sure lock nuts are fitted to all feet.

If on a wooden floor I believe the manual says to screw a board to the floor and sit m/c on it.

    This will cure problem :rotl:
