Neff W/D, on dry,no water in

Neff washer dryer, v6320x0gb/01
I have replaced drum bearings, when testing in the workshop no water going into
Condenser and no power to valve.
Any ideas

have you tried wet clothes in it

some machine do not turn on the valve until it detects wet washing

Yes it was wet clothes.
Now it started to intermittently comes on, but surely water should be going to condenser all the time dryer is on.
what’s strange is it also spins occasionally on dry

I take it the condenser is fluff free? The NTC at the top of the condenser OK?

The spinning during a drying cycle is usual.

Yes cleaned condenser when bearings done.
I am taking it back to customer, it does dry but I feel it takes longer then it needs to
Because water not coming in all the time,
This is an expensive machine yet it does not have senser drying only timed.

Tbh , this is a smeg built machine and the dryers on them are pretty poor in general.
