Neff w/d Wont start

Went to Neff W/D VS340XOgb/03 today,
Dashes flash around display window and it wont start
Never seen one of those before,
Had an old interlock on the van which i think was ok, But fault was still their.
Customer not happy waiting , I might get them to to ring Bosch umless i can be sure of diagnoses.
Anyone had this fault ?

Wow!…Are’nt you the lucky one? 😕

It’s a heap of junk from ‘Espania por favor’ you have there! It’s actually a V5340XOGB/03 and it could be a motor problem? I drew the short straw a few months back to a similar one but as luck would have it I found the brushes were duff.

When i phoned them they said its starting working again,
If it is the bruses it will stop soon.
IT was better when brushes fault would just be “no drum action”
Now it takes longer to diagnose
