    model w4380x1gb/01, fd 8303,
    when selecting a program the times have changed the coloureds all come up at 107 mins, easycare all 80 mins, delicates all 61 mins and wool all 58 mins, the customer says this isnt normal and i would have thaught times would be different with each temp?

    any ideas welcome
