neff w1410wogb/06 not heating up enough

PLEASE help, our double oven is heating up but not hot enough. We have replaced the thermostat but still not there. It heats up but everything is taking twice as long to cook. The element was changed 2 years ago and this now seems to glow red which we didn’t notice before and we are not sure if the fan is working all the time…….any advice will be gratefully recieved
Also we have been given an old Ariston DOA2, are the parts compatable?

Which element glows red?
If it’s the element on the oven rear wall then your fan is not working.

Certainly sounds like a fan motor fault but i don’t recognise the model number.
The common fan motors are HERE so if you can confirm the model number you’ll know which one?
