Neff w4380gb/01 wm

Hi i went to a Neff w4380gb/01 today which when turned on the light comes on and the door locks straight away, the machine doesn’t respond to pressing any buttons or the knob and nothing appears in the display. I know a faulty heater can cause this but i checked it and it seems fine, i also took all the tags off it just in case but the machine still does the same thing. I also checked the valves, pressure chamber, motor but everything seems fine. The modules look fine too no obvious damage. Does anyone know what causes this any help would be brilliant thanks :lesson:

Ive had one like this, turned out to be the power module 260786 – £172 +VAT etc.
Your call though 😉
