Neff W4380X1GB, goes through program but drum doesn’t move

Hi,
Hope you can give me some advice, my Neff washing machine goes through the selected program, but the drum doesn’t move.
Water is pumped in, then pumped out. I have cleaned the pump filter.
The machine doesn’t give me any error messages.
Any ideas would be great.

Belt come off perhaps.

I don’t hear any motor noise, would I if the belt had come off?

Carbon brush motor – brushes may well be worn out. Good little potboiler here:

Power off if you intend to repair this yourself.

Should I be able to see the brushes from the front or back of the machine.

Changed the brushes this morning and everything is back to normal.
Better than the 60 quid call out fine and 40 quid an hour after that.
