NEFF W5420 end of cycle alarm

We have the above washer and I wish to turn off the end of cycle alarm, so any help will be most wellcome.

The instructions manual has settings for:

1.
“start signal” mode (not sure what that does as instructions not clear)
“blind mode” (optional) this has option of on or off. This feature does not evoke the long/short signal, so I assume it is not fitted.

2. Set volume for… (well not sure really). When attempting to set this, the button beeps at one level, rather than up or down as suggested by the instructions.

Is there a way to turn off (or down) the end of cycle alarm please?
