NEFF W5420X0GB/30 Washing Machine Beep & LED Error Codes

Good afternoon all,

Could anyone let me know what the following codes relate to?

There are two vertical rows of led’s; one row of five relate to spin speed,(1200,1000,800,400 and Rinse Hold) and the other row relates to the wash progress, (Wash,Rinse,Spin,and Ready)

Having set a programme, after around one minute, the m/c beeps three times, and the 400, Rinse Hold, and the Rinse led’s flash continuously.

The door does not lock, although the interlock is fine.

A table in the handbook shows several error code sequences, but no the above.

Hello Martin,

I haven’t been able to test too much, as I was hoping to ascertain what the machine is trying to signal.

As mentioned, the door does not lock, so tested it.

Also ensured filter/housing clear, as customer thought the three beeps relate to drain problem.

The machine will not start on any programme, so a little limited until error codes verified.

I don’t recognise the error code and would wade in and check motor, heater etc as the way to go.

Will return, and investigate further.

Do you, or anyone know if a motor fault could prevent the door interlock from functioning?

Hopefully I can obtain these error codes, which would be beneficial.

p.s.

Does anyone know where these codes can be obtained from, other than

NEFF/Bosch/Siemens, who will only inform their own engineers of such codes.

Having checked the wiring harness, and connections, I deduced that the power module was faulty.

Renewed above yesterday…all well.
