Neff W543BX0GB/02 washing machine F23.

F23 Fault reported on the above machine.
The fault displays as soon as the machine is switched on and the drum rocks a bit.
According to the fault codes this refers to water in the base.
The base is dry and the anti-flood microswitch tests OK.
Is there anything else to consider for an F23 fault?

is the anti flood sw normally open or closed
if its closed then check continuity and connection to board

also saw a brief poss heater error but cant be certain

The switch is normally closed. It tested OK back from the board and I tightened the connections.
I’ll check the element next.

you could also try a reset and see if it makes any difference
