neff warming drawer

Hi,
neff warming drawer.
It doesnt seem to believe the drawer is closed so doesnt work.

I cant really see on the parts breakdown a switch or something which tells it the drawer
is shut.

Any help appreciated.

I think I’m right in saying it senses when the drawer plugs in to a socket at the back. Check that the front isn’t bent forwards so the top of the drawer hits before the bottom. Or could be dodgy plug/ socket.

run a mile! these things cause me the biggest stress ever. If its not obviously the socket then its the pcb.

good advise seemingly they let the grandchildren play with it
