    clifton-services.com says its

    “E13 PTC door block”

And THEY should know as they have been in business, as plumbers, since 2010. 😉

i take it we are not big fans of clifton-services.com
i dont think its the door lock as it works on a 30 degree program but not on a hotter wash.
i was hoping it was heater or thermister but its really badly built in i will need to demolish the house to get a look.

    then my only suggestion is

    http://www.controlled-demolition.com/

    😆

but you will have to put in a special request to preserve the washing machine because if they damage it you cant fix it 😆

the fault was the dryer thermostat needed reset,
    its now working fine.
