    MODEL V6320X0GB/01

error been happening for about 2 weeks

customer was able to clear the fault by unplugging and switching back on – machine would work ok but would leave 1 minute on screen , she just pull the door cord at pump to get door open ..

now as soon as its switched on E13 comes up – pump runs for 20 seconds and then it stops .

anyone know what error code is … pump runs ok , no blockages etc ..

also read somewhere that it might be the dryer reset toc , had a look and this was ok ..

can anyone advise the reset procedure on this

    cheers ally

Think this is dryer heater low insulation. Like the AEG machines.

    Did you check insulation?

E13 is a door interlock problem but from the info given so far I would think it is poor motor insulation causing the fault.

will have another look , it funny you should say door lock

as it does lock makes a clunk sound … then about 5 seconds later it shows error code ..

customer is think about a new machine .. more money then sense its only 2.5 years old

Re: NEFF WASHER DRYER ERROR 13

The E13 is certainly the door lock error code but as mentioned earlier , it can be low dryer heater insulation. IIRC , one possible test is to put a load in to dry and after appprox 20 mins and then pause it…..if the door lock error code now appears , its related to the dryer side.
