Neff Washer Dryer stopping mid -programme

I just got a new motor in my washer/dryer.

Trouble is that when it gets to the rinse cycle it just stops dead.

If I then turn it off and on again it continues from where it left off and finishes the cycle perfectly.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong now?

Hi Dave, the number is V438OXOGB/12.

Since I posted I have done 2 more washes both of which ran fine but I would still welcome any comments you have.

It may have been an air lock or something similar 😉

Unfortunately it’s doing it again .
I guess I’ll have to get the engineer back – again 🙁

Have you pressed the ‘Rinse Hold’ button by mistake?

The light isn’t on for rinse hold but also it spins before stopping so although it’s stopped on rinse it isn’t really a rinse hold if you see what I mean.

It seems to function fine at 60 degrees but not at 40.

Could be a kinked inlet/outlet hose from whem m/c was pushed back after motor was fitted.

It could be…I haven’t checked that yet – but wouldn’t it be odd that sometimes it would be a problem and not others?
