I received same call as Appboy but about an hour later, and spoke to Kevin at length on Saturday about it.
if Nesn have internal politics thats their problem to sort out. the main concern is that all agents get paid for any work they have done or do in the future.
I still have a mobile number and my call was have you received the document, on friday they had not but I believe they have this week. My other was that if the letter was true could they afford to pay any outstanding amounts and they can. BUT if someone has possibly committed fraud and is under investigation they would fight it !

From a convo with Jo Lo today:
NESN have recieved a letter from Strollo’s financial advisers warning that if things aren’t corrected a winding up order will be served, no such order has been recieved.
She wouldn’t tell me why Strollo was suspended but Flipper’s post earlier explains that.
I pushed on the liquidation rumours and loads of agents have asked the same, nothing to worry about (according to her).
She and Madden are coming to Sibson and I asked if they wanted a few minutes to give “their side” which has been accepted, so expect a sermon 😉
She also wanted it noted that NESN do not stop agents from working for other networks……… with the exception of ServicePower but this is a request not a threat……. hmmmmm
Someone else can post this openly as I refused to do it, NESN have access, post your own fecking responses 🙂

My own feeling is that Nesn have no reason to bore the arse of us with their side of the story. But, as you offered Dave, we will have to comply. But I suggest in future we avoid being a mouthpiece for others, at out organised meeting.
In truth Nesn have the same opportunities as the rest of us to free speech, they could put their side of the story out into the public domain simply by posting.Kevin

Well there’s something going off, I can tell just by who’s been on the site this morning and there’s a massive increase in “NESN interested” people on, including many that ain’t been seen for months.
