New Accounts Package

We might have cracked it with this as the RBS do the same as Natwest and give a free online accounts package to business account holders so, I signed up for that this morning.

The WTA now has an accounts package, which was one of the top things that screwed stuff up before we all got hit with the Chinese virus thing.

I’m not sure how it all works yet, still getting to grips with it but, it does send out automated invoices from what I can see as recurring invoices so, that saves an absolute boatload of work. In fact, it almost automates the running of the accounts outside of anything like charging for conferences that we do.

I hope it makes the accounts side of things a breeze. Once I get it all setup and all the names etc transferred, which is a schlep.

Put it this way, it means that eve nI can do all that as so much is automated it takes no time at all to do.

What I might need some help with is keeping track of certificates and stuff like that, if we need it but I may have an idea or two there.
