Any new applications that we get in the next few months if they pay the
£70 I think we should just send them an invoice showing their paid up to Aug 2013 rather than refunding them the difference between now and this year’s renewal date, if that’s ok. I don’t think we will get many between now and the renewal date for this year anyway.
Save you working it out we would be refunding or crediting account for £60, i don’t think it’s worth the admin involved for £10. 😉

In another group I am involved with we do just this if the application AND payment occur in the two months prior to the annual subs being due.
Effectively as a bonus for new members they can get 14 months first year membership if they join and pay in June.
It only happens the first year and may encourage take up.
You have my vote on it and if it helps easy the admin burden for you, even better.
