New Baumatic BDI631 Dishwasher not starting

Hi, I have just installed my new Baumatic BDI631 Dishwasher exactly to the instructions, and it powers on fine. However, the program button won’t do anything. (I have checked to see if the water pressure is ok etc).

The instructions say to wait 5 secs after powering on before touching the program button, which I have done, but no matter how many times I try and select a program, none are selected. There is a small click when I press the program button, which sounds like a normal ‘button click’ when compressed. There is also a very dull red light on the ‘Rapid wash’ program which doesn’t budge.

Can anyone help at all?

not sure how to use cancel on these but it is normally holding in a button for a few secconds wether that be the start button or the program button Im not sure on this have a read of book and it should tell you how to cancel and try that
