    I installed a new semi integrated dishwasher for a customer last week.
    She rang this evening to say the door keeps flicking open.
    It only stays shut on a lower temperature wash.
    I’ve told her to contact Bosch but just wondered if this is a common problem on there dishwashers at the moment?

    Did you check the balance and alignment of the outer door panel?

    yeh iv replaced quit a few, its to do with the door latch in the top that meets the door, i have also had them cutting out during the wash.

    Could it be that the upper basket is not going back far enough? Try removing it and see if it helps.

    Went to check it yesterday.
    It’s the door latch- its not strong enough to hold the door.
    Time to contact Bosch.
