    I have decided not to bother repairing my old Tricity Princess cooker and will buy a new one but I don’t want another ceramic hob. The solid plates seem to take ages to heat up so I would prefer spiral rings. Is there such a cooker available with a double oven or do I have to go for a basic model like the Tricity Tiara? I’m not too fussed about size, the Princess is 500mm but there’s room for a 600mm.

    The SB432 President, the SB412 Marquis and the SB200/3 Tiara still have the splashback style with spiral plates 🙂
