New Dishwasher Not filling with water

Hi All, we have a new Indesit D2I HL326 dishwasher and the machine won’t fill with water for any program, we have checked and the water inlet hose is supplying water. Is there anything I could try to resolve this.

I’ve checked the manual etc and all the suggested issues we have checked and none are an issue.

Just to confirm the water pressure is quite strong from the intlet hose.

well if you are sure the drain is connected and clear and you are sure water is getting to the machine and the water flow is high enough

try resetting programme by holding off button till its off then turn on again

if it does not work

then its faulty , send it back

Is the outlet hose above the water level? If it’s flat on the floor the water might be running out as it fills giving the appearance that it’s not filling.
