Hi, this is my first post, be kind!!!

Just had new kitchen fitted, with integrated dishwasher, was looking forward to using my new toy, not having had one before.

I filled the salt container with 1 ltr of water, and added dishwasher salt on top.

Set it for a pre-wash. makes a noise, but dry inside. Tried economy wash, get all the right noises but no water.

    Any ideas please? 🙂

Howdens Joinery Appliance 8630. This appears to be a Beko built appliance. As it’s brand new, I wouldn’t mess with it beyond checking that the sink spigot where the drain hose joins on is open to allow the machine to drain and that the water is actually turned on.

Beyond that, you should contact Howdens/MFI and see if service is still available. The company is struggling with administration problems at present.

    Hi

If this is a new appliance and knowing kitchen fitters..Have you checked that the water is turned on ? Or the waste connector under the sink doesnt have a blanked end which hasnt been cut off ?

Thanks for the replies, guys – yes, the builder had forgotten to switch the water on, which he rectified straight away! (Howdens and MFI have parted company BTW, thankfully!)
