Hi all

Have had a couple of these machines brand new, customers complained of knocking on spin. Changed the machine over, same thing.

Speaking to my collegue who works for Hotpoint/Indesit, informs me some machines have been dispatched from the factory without the top concrete weight being bolted down securley! 😳

Sounds about par for the course. I had a Hotpoint that left the factory with the front drum bearing missing and I’ve seen quite a few with a handful of assorted nuts, bolts, washers etc rolling around in the base.
