New Hotpoint WT741 Error F-10

This machine is only 2 years old.
Its a Hotpoint WT741 throwing error F-10
I have looked into some error codes for the other Hotpoint machines and F10 seems to represent pressure system failure or heating circuit failure.

While on my call, the machine filled to normal level and heated up fine. The heater element good and passed a 1000v insulation test.
Any ideas please?

Check if it is filling up quick enough on rinse. I had a similar Indesit machine this week that was giving an H2O error. I found it filled correctly for the first few seconds on a wash then went down to a trickle. On rinse it filled at a trickle from the start until eventually the error came on. I’ve ordered a new valve but won’t know if that’s the answer until it arrives.
