New ISE 10

Guys,

After our 10 year old Hotpoint gave up the ghost earlier this month we’ve ordered & now received a new ISE 10.

I’m glad to report that we think its a great machine, easy to use & with a very intuitive set of controls.

It was a shame though to hear about the trouble you’ve had with the spec of the machines and that some of the features we expected to see were missing.

We’re not expecting this to be a problem – but it might be worthwhile updating the ISE10 page on this website so folks know what the spec issue is… even if it is a short term problem….just a thought.

Great to hear you like it, we do. 😉

Yeah David we updated the shop with the spec that was delivered however, we should have the correct ones very soon given the fuss we kicked up about it.

A quick question….

Is it still recommended to perform monthly 90 degree service washes on the ISE10?

Unless I missed it (& its perfectly possible !) I dont recall seeing anything about them in the instruction booklet.
