ModeratorYou should stop it and get it looked at. 😉
If possible have a load similar to the one that gave you problems ready for the engineer to test.
Was there a single heavy item in amongst the 5kg load?

Thanks. I’ve emailed ISE.
There may have been a single heavy item, or at least an item that holds more water than the rest.

The ISE 10 washing machine is back in action. Banging problem was actually a cake tin in the cupboard next to it.
I posted two months ago to say that there was a banging noise on my new ISE 10 at high spin speeds. The engineer who installed it suggested taking it out and checking that the floor was level. When I slid the machine out, three cake tins came clattering down from inside the cupboard that backs on to the machine. The banging noise was the sound of the cake tins clatterning against each other and against the side of the machine.
Doh!

ISE Wahing Machine 1607w 10 year warranty
Dear prospective washing machine buyers,I’ve had such good service out of the £950 washing machine I bought from ISE a year ago, that I wanted to post this to say thanks.
A brilliant family washing machine.
We use quick wash a lot, and the 8kg wash.
Quick, thorough, quiet, and looks like it’ll last another 20 years, but having a 10year warranty is very reassuring.
Now I’m just looking for an equally well-made, efficient and durable fridge-freezer. Any suggestions? 60cm to 70cm wide, and as tall as possible.
Cheers!
JB

Hi JB
Glad to hear the ISE is performing well 😀
The best brand of refrigeration? Liebherr by a country mile who not only produce for themselves but also for Miele.
HTH 🙂
