ParticipantHad a call out today for a leak by the pump. Looks like it is coming from the soap box, down the inside of the front panel and into the machine floor. Has anyone had the same problem ?

No transit damage, machine is 1607 and was fitted as semi commercial at the end of last year.I cannot see any thing wrong or blocked, it just leaks. I went back today to reduce the flow and tilt the machine back but it still has the problem. I’ve ordered a soap box and will let you know.

Yes, no call backs as yet. Replaced soap box, dropped flow rate down on inlet valve and raised machine up at the front.

Hi,
Got exactly the same problem from a 1607 leaking from the dispenser box down the front inside pannel. Ordered the dispenser box, cant identify exact position of leak on box as so small leak.September 18, 2011 at 9:45 pm #348226admin

Hi
Check the top area of the tank where the tank is pre creased for extra hoses (round indents). It may leak from there. Normal sign is of water stain runs.

No.
Tank has been thickened so that problem will never reoccur Bryan, was done way back at the start of last year.

Looked at a 1607 leaking from pre creased tank indents exactly as Byran described. Machine installed march 2011.

Ok.
It’s probably old stock and only happened on a few oddly. But then the Swedes did say it only happened under certain conditions, but had promptly sorted it before we saw the problem.
Use the “upload attachment” tab to embed images, which reminds me that I need to fix that. But not tonight… too tired for permissions and code stuff.

Hi Bo
Al you need to do is use either silicone or debor over it to seal it as its not a high pressure point. If you haven’t done this yet I advise to change the thermistor at the same time as its in line with the leak.
