You don’t need to change the thermistor Bryan, just check the wiring and resistance of it, which you will find in the manual.

The only problem you’d get is the residues altering the resistance reported to the PCB.

Well I have been to my job and can confirm it’s deffo coming from the soap box,on taking the front off you can see where the water has appeared to come over the top off the soap box and run down the inside of the front panel. If the box ain’t been modified there seems no point in fitting a new one.
What i have done is raised the front feet up to see if that cures the problem.
Strange thing is that 2x jobs have come in with the same fault, and both supplied in the same month as each other.

Check the detergent Dave. We see that in the commercial installs where they use too much cr4p powder and it doesn’t flow properly into the machine, box fills up and overflows as it can’t drain quick enough.

When I tested the machine it leaked, with no detergent at all (on a rinse)in fact when I tried to take a look in the soap drawer it appeared that the fabcon syphon could not cope with the amount of water coming into it.

    Hmm, that’s odd then.

You might be right on the levelling then.

    thanks Bryan,

I did exactly as you described. Seems to have worked, the alternative would be changing the outer drum on one of these machines!. 😥

Have you tried switching the water down to a trickle kladave
