I’ve not used it much yet, it only went live yesterday but if you’ve got a Qulatex login now that should work:

Looks good, shame anything I’ve needed since they’ve launched, they haven’t got or ASWO is cheaper.

to be fair they are working on it

if you let them know if the price is way out they will put it right

have found a few things i could have got cheaper from the manufacturers site

In most of the cases lately, they didn’t have the part I was looking for. I made an enquiry for one that was out of stock (found it cheaper at B&Q in the end), but most of the time the part just doesn’t come up.

However if I think on and have the time, I will let them know if I find things cheaper elsewhere.

I’ve just placed an order but it doesn’t show on the list and I’ve had no email confirmation. Is this how it now works, ‘cos if it is I’m not sure that’s an improvement?

Eventually the invoice appeared online and I received an email from DPD (not Qualtex). Are you getting an invoice through email? I have received zilch from them and also I can’t download the invoice from the site?

are you not getting them ?

Have you checked junk folder ?

first go onto Qualtex site, top right click the star and select my account . Go to my setting and check if Email address is correct

if yes and your still not getting emails PM me your account no and i will pass it on for them to investigate

email address is correct and there’s nothing in the spam folder or clutter folder.

Have sent them an email (account manager), let’s see what happens.
