New Shop

After six years or so we’ve upgraded the shop for those of you that use it or care.

Any discounts and old order histories and account settings should be carried over but I expect a few bugs to iron out over the next few weeks at least.

If any of you do use it and have any hassle please let us know so we can put it right if possible.

In ye olde Whitegoods shoppe you could never enlarge the photo image of any spare for a closer, more detailed look. In the new shop you still can’t. Any chance that facility could be included in the makeover please?

Congratulations on the new UK Whitegoods shop.. Much snazier than the old one.

If it works, I can see it being of much greater benefit.

to my shame, I’ve never used the on site shop, believing it was for retail only.
is there a trade discount for us?

You can apply for a trade account with UK Whitegoods and then as you login to the shop itself you will be given trade prices.

I have a trade account and it gives a reasonable discount.

How do you apply for a Trade account?
The login asks for an email address not username.
