New world built under oven CK13548

Hi all,

have above appliance, grill neon stays all the time., Contact in simmerstat welded together me thought, No, changed that still same fault. Looks like the neon also takes it neutral fron fan delay board (four diodes, 1 10k resistor and toc, but all measures ok, silly money from HRS).

Any one had this before, want to go equipped, job is quite away from my local area (aint that always the way)

One of the diodes on the PCB (it has some I think from memory) going s/c would cause that sort of fault Steve.

Hi Dave,

Yer my thoughts exactly, all four diodes meter out o.k. 😮 Unless they are breaking down under load, usually though you can determine the duffens with your meter

Just another thought, any leaky elements ?

That would cause it as well.
