New World G70M gas oven

I have misplaced/lost users instruction manual,where can i get one from?.

Also when the oven ignites the flame never gets off minimum even if the setting is maximum no matter how long i wait,any idea what the problem is?.

Manual availability will depend on the age of the machine, but New World is now owned by the Glen Dimplex Group.

The problem you have will likely either be the FFD (Flame Failure Device) or the gas valve itself, neither is cheap and both will require the services of a CORGI accredited repairer. This one isn’t a DIY job I’m afraid.

No sorry,mis-placed all the documents,the oven was new and installed august 2005.

It is most defintely the FSD (Flame safety device). This comes as a complete oven/burner assy, the stoves part number is:

012503000 (alternative part no 082503000)

your serial number should be on a silver sticker on the front frame of the cooker visible when you open your main oven door.
