    Rear cooling fan running slow causing toc to activate.
    Fan turns freely by hand when power is off but when power is on theres a bit of a buzz and it does not get up to speed, is this the fault of the fan or power supply to it.

    pcb has gone p/n 08281400. there will be no fault with the fan motor
