night storage heaters

I could not find any previous references to NSH in my search.
We have a Creda TSR 18CW
Its only getting warm evenly over the front so I doubt its either of the two elements. We have not seen this machine yet. It has a hot air fan according to Creda and two stats. A Thermostat Ego type and a damper stat.Any advice appreciated.

I reckon it is 1 of the elements i had the same today and 1 was totally shot. what wattage is element?

i am having a nightmare sourcing an element at the mo for a nsh. it is 1.3kw similair to a grill element with the fixing plate but all i can find are the creda type with no plate. it is a badged thing i think made by micromark model stms-255-a.

any help appreciated.

Some have stat controls inside limiting the boot up if room temp is above a certain temp.
