You are asking ‘technical’ questions but posting them all in the General forum or in the Simple PCB repairs thread instead of Trade Technical forum.

Have a quick read of each forums description, if you do put it in the wrong place we will always try and move it to the correct one.

Bear in mind, some people only read certain forums so if you do post it in the wrong place you may miss out on getting an answer. 😉

No problem, if you can post up the full PNC number of this machine then someone may be able to let you have the diagnostics info. 😉

I’d guess fids isn’t going to be able to access diagnostics when he’s got no lights or display 🙁 .
Fids, have you meggered / disconnected individual components to see if there is any change in the machine’s behaviour?
Have you examined board / boards for visible damage?
Have you tried squeezing / tightening and wiggling connector blocks?
I wouldn’t want to encourage any unsafe practices of course, but if you do this with the power on and with a wooden stick you may be able to find a loose contact. 😯
