Anyway, more interestingly, I heard a rumour today that troubles me a little. Apparently he and an NESN guy, or perhaps ex-NESN guy, are for starting some sort of whitegoods repair thing up, possibly a network. Very sketchy details for now unless anyone’s heard anything?

But I have to wonder, who the hell’s gonna work with or for him?
    K.

More to the point, who is going to supply the work for him to manage and send out as a network?

I wonder if anyone has given him the phone number for Andy Craw, who I know is out in the States, they used to be best buddies once, and then there was a great parting of the ways. Probably had too much in common.

At least there is a form of admission in as much as there has been suggestions of refunding the stolen loot. I say he had his chance & blew it. Time he was measured for a suit with Arrows on it, makes a change as before when he was measured for HM Government it was “Hello Sailor.”

Make him walk the plank, or keelhaul the barsteward.

Re: No nice way to put it…

He and Andy Craw had a big fall out apparently some years ago, before that they were good friends, yes.

Thing is that it’s a small trade, anyone that does this and doesn’t do a lot to cover it up is gonna get annexed pretty damn quickly. That means that there’s probably now loads of people that would once have at least spoken to him just won’t, I should think a lot of doors will be found to be very closed. On top of which I do know that several people in the industry, upon learning of what’s gone on, have backed off big time not wishing to be associated with him.

To be honest at this stage I couldn’t give a toss, all I want is the money back and whether he’s banged up or not is irrelevant to me. However nasty solicitors have mooted the cost of damages and the loss of interest and the cost of lost revenues and… the list goes on and needless to say it’s not going to be a small bill. I should imagine the legal costs alone will most likely run into five figures.

Stupid man, he was offered what was by all accounts a cracking and “too generous” a deal in the beginning, pay back what you have taken, hand us back the shares and walk away. We’d then have buried it.

Now he is facing massive costs, probably enough to ruin him and he will have to explain to his family, friends and colleagues why he is in the mess that he is.

But I, Sean and Dave are not going to back off in the slightest now after some of the sh1t he’s done. The actions will be executed with extreme prejudice on our part and, once completed, will be made extremely public.

The hits just keep on comin’ eh? 😉

There’s nothing concrete on this other than the scuttlebutt that PS wants back into whitegoods servicing after the “trial” (debacle?) with J Fitz and that he is working “with someone in Rotherham”. Now, the someone wasn’t named but it’s hardly rocket science to join the dots.

In any event it throws up some interesting ideas about JF as well as our own KH if Swift wants to start up with whites again given that JF has only migrated to JTM about 6 months or so. You have to wonder if the plan was simply to get him gone.

If memory serves me though both of them are right on your doorstep are they not Phil?

    The plot thickens.

I don’t know of this Paul Swift guy, but can read a lot between the lines.

Indeed, still thicker when you know that KH started for JTM (desperate for cash I expect) in December and had finished by the end of January with them. Then, on the back of that, I hear this.

Rotten fish or red herring I wonder?

Re: No nice way to put it…

This is a bit of a laugh in some ways, but not if you’re KH…

I go the cost estimates in from the legal team, bear in mind that these are the top end figures and it may be less than quoted.

    Forensic accountancy – £28,714.00

    Legal fees/Court stuff – £18,800

Straight on top of the amounts removed.

With damages, loss of interest etc. KH is looking at a possible bill in excess of £100,000 and these dudes won’t just take the “I haven’t got that in the bank” as an excuse, they will seize his assets.

The accountancy is required as KH disputes the monies removed and says that our figures are b0ll0cks so we have to have it done to satisfy him and the court that the amounts claimed are correct.

The “go” button has been pressed and KH will receive a court summons in due course.

So far we have received no offer of repayment whatsoever or any gesture/indication that he has any intent to repay the money he stole.

Can’t believe it was June I last posted to this.

He’s had a claim presented to him for ~£130,000 and has a limited time to respond. No response, court will follow extremely swiftly.

    Sands of time running out?

How far away is the date of default? Assuming he does, can I assume you will seek reposession of goods & chattels to go towards the debt.

You can guess that most goods and assets such as cars, the plasma telly etc. will be owned by Bridie or his Ltd company. He may not have covered his tracks, but you can bet your sweet bippy he has a cunning plan.

    Best of luck

Time’s pretty much up TBH Alex. Dave, Sean, John and I have simply had enough of it and I have informed the solicitors of this.

So either he pays up a “reasonable” amount in settlement or he’s probably going to appear in the Court Of Session in Edinburgh within a month or so, certainly before Christmas as I want this done and dusted before that.

It will be fun to see how his English solicitors cope with a trial in a Scottish court. 😉

    From the solicitor…

Kilmarnock Sheriff Court have granted a warrant to serve the writ on Kevin Heath. I will arrange for the writ to be served on Kevin Heath.

    It’s done.

I just have feeeling as I said earlier, the bailiffs will arrive, and there will be no seizeable assets. All owned by DAR Rotherham Ltd, Bridie or by a ghost who he has kept back just in case. I wonder if he has property in Spain?

Something tells me in the whole scheme of things he saw this as a posibility & likely to happen; so before he was tumbled, ring-fenced himself nicely.

He done some of Her Majesty’s before and wore a uniform with bell bottoms, if this comes off, more Her Majesty’s this time with arrows on his suit.

    Wait & See.
