No power F&P smart drive

I have no lights or anything on a F&P smart drive. From other posts I think it is a Phase 5 – Grey plastic covers on circuit boards. Power is on the motor control board and 2 fuses are OK. I cannot measure any +15 volts. Help please

On phase 5 pump is used as part of the power supply
Resistance of pump (33 Ohms) Pump also has a thermal overload
If Pup overheats it will cut out Pump overloa should reset after 15-20 Mins
If its not the pump then it has to be Motor controller(PCB)
Beware there are components (IE Water valves Etc )that can destroy the motor controller Ie if you do bang a new one in it could blow again

Thanks for the reply
I have measured the pump resistance and it is 33 ohms.
The Pcb has a brown spot behing the FET on the pump A connection.
If this had failed would this give the symptoms described?
