Most likely the door lock itself, it can take a few seconds to warm up and operate. Do not under any circumstances try to operate the lock by hand when the appliance plug is still in the socket (even switched off)….there is a very real danger of death :zap: :lesson:
It is also possible that there is an earth fault somewhere which will have blown the door lock along with the pcb too so simply fitting a new door lock might result in a little pyrotechnics 😕
At the very least you need to test for earth faults before proceeding.
If you haven’t the equipment/experience then perhaps time for an engineer?
