    Hi!
I have recently moved into a property with a built in indesit oven FIDM20 MK2. Unfortunately the markings to set the temperatures have been rubbed off. The oven is otherwise in good working order.
Is there a part I can purchase such as a transfer to re-mark the temperatures, or a new control panel with the markings on?
I appreciate your advice and time in replying.
    Kind Regards

It would be a new control panel I’m afraid.

If you drop Dave a line on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he can check if it’s available but it will mean stripping down that section of the oven to replace it.

If it were me, I’d get a cheap oven thermometer and try it at 3 or 4 different heat levels – you could probably work out a scale from that ? If that works, with a bit of imagination you could probably get some smart permanent way of marking it up.

Hi I have had the same problem, I ordered the oven decals online, just fitted them, looks like a new oven.I searched ovenlettering.

    Hope that helps
