Noisey Neff Pattern Oven Fan

Fitted an Electruepart oven fan to a Neff double oven Part no MTR9187 from Connect.
The problem is that it sounds like a helicopter is taking off in the kitchen. It’s a little quieter with the oven door closed but is still pretty noisey. The noise is from the vibration when it gets up to speed as when you spin the fan by hand it’s quiet.
Anyone had this problem with these fans. Was wondering if I’ve got a dud one or that is how they are. It’s certainly loud enough to be unacceptable

have you tried re fitting the original fan blade as i have had a few new ones out of shape due to poor packaging

I had a problem with one of these fan motors but it wasn’t a problem as such. When the new fan blade was fitted, the washer on the shaft in front of the ‘C’ clip was at an angle so when I tightened the fan it was not ‘tight’ as such. When spun up to speed it rattled terribly. Took fan off, refitted washer, pressed fan into place then re tightened and all OK.
