Going to this on Monday, customer complains of loud rattling noise on spin, any pointers.?

Hi Jim,
That’s the Spanish washer dryer, that is. I keep getting these with the blower ducting breaking up – makes horrible noises.

You won’t like it……….. 😀

Good call Chris, plastic ducting split, brackets broken everywhere. Makes the 15 year old Hotpoint 9945 Micropofile washer/dryer that I repaired this morning for £35 look very good by comparison.

I have identified two of the three parts required on the Bosch website but cannot see the other.

I have plastic ducting as, 35 5033
Front bracket as, 09 5207
but I cannot see the bracket that secures the right hand end of the plastic duct to the top of the drum.

Any ideas as to this and also price of these?

it’s missing from the diagram on the GB version, if you look at one of the EU versions, I think it’s 183925 (page 5).
